What You'll Do / Responsibilities

As TPIsoftware reaching out to the world, we’re currently looking for a Business Development Manager targeting North America market. As a BD Manager in TPIsoftware, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work with international technical/sales teams while driving the growth and shaping the future of emerging technology. 

The ideal candidate will possess proven record of professional experience as BD/sales related roles in Fintech/software industry, fluent in both English and Mandarin, and currently lives in (or be willing to relocate to) Seattle or Bay Area. 


【Job Description】

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies for a long-term customer relation.
  2. Penetrate top enterprises especially in the Fintech and software development industry.
  3. Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive business development plans to further grow TPI software's key relationships.
  4. Understand customer's business to be able to explore Fintech and software development opportunities.
  5. Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate TPI software's value proposition effectively to customers.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market.
  7. Interface with product and project development team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications


  1. 2+ years of experience in IT/Fintech/software industry, with proven professional experience as an international business development manager with sales track record.
  2. Currently lives in (or be willing to relocate to) Seattle or Bay Area.
  3. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
