【What you will do?】
• Recruiting - Lead full cycle of recruitment
- Proactively maintain talent pipeline and research markets to identify candidates via both conventional and unconventional channels such as recruiting platforms, social media, campus and recruiting events.
- Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify and hire highly competent talents.
- Build a smooth and welcoming on-boarding process.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and data to making insightful suggestions and adjustments.
• Employer Branding - Lead and execute EB initiatives
- Planning & being hands-on for talent attraction & employer branding campaigns to start and sustain conversations about TPIsoftware as an attractive employer
- Create, publish and share engaging and inspirational contents pieces on social media (videos/graphics/media interviews etc) that attracts the right talents.
• Support other HR projects/campaign (e.g. employee care programs, HRIS...etc.)
