What You'll Do / Responsibilities

【Job Description】

  1. Identifies Vietnam's local and potential overseas customers in the region and completes appropriate research on the prospective products and solutions. 
  2. Screens the business opportunities and turns them into qualified business leads in the primary country, Vietnam.
  3. Identifies market trend ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  4. Discovers and explores business opportunities and defines the target customer portfolio.
  5. Builds a regional ecosystem partner network.
  6. Identifies and builds direct connections with key persons of potential customers.
  7. Assists Marketing team to establish market positions and brand awareness through regional efforts of media exposure and customer visits.
  8. Works closely with the international sales team to finalize the business cases.
  9. Works on the tasks assigned by the Head of BD additionally when needed to benefit the team and maximize the profitable outcome of the company
Required Qualifications

【Required Experience and Skills】

  1. Proven working experience as an international business development manager with sales track records
  2. Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy 
  3. Experience in new market exploration and able to identify target market segment
  4. Stakeholder management skills
  5. Great communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  6. Proficiency in English
  7. Proactive, energetic and outgoing personality
  8. Currently lives in or be willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
